About the role

As the Executive Assistant to the General Manager at Riot Sydney, you will act as a trusted partner who enhances executive effectiveness through proactive coordination, sound judgement, and reliable follow‑through. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, enabling the GM and studio leadership to stay aligned, make informed decisions, and focus on high‑impact work.

Key responsibilities

• Own the GM’s calendar as a strategic tool, maintaining focus time, buffers, and trade‑offs across global time zones.
• Anticipate conflicts, preparation needs, and pressure points, adjusting schedules to optimise global collaboration.
• Manage senior stakeholder scheduling and travel logistics, using context and priorities to secure the right moments.
• Orchestrate senior stakeholder visits and executive trips end‑to‑end, including logistics, preparation, and readiness.
• Ensure meeting discipline with clear agendas, pre‑reads, and appropriate briefing depth.
• Draft, edit, and refine written communications for senior internal and external audiences.
• Synthesise complex or ambiguous inputs into concise, decision‑ready summaries.
• Act as a trusted coordination point for information and requests, shaping urgency and reducing friction.
