Enrolled and Registered Nurses – Rehabilitation

About the role

Epworth Rehabilitation is seeking enrolled and registered nurses to join a multidisciplinary team in Hawthorn. You will care for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, helping them maximise independence and return to daily life.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional patient, family and staff experience while achieving high‑quality clinical outcomes.
• Assist patients to access supported services that maximise physical gains and promote a rewarding lifestyle.
• Collaborate with specialised multidisciplinary teams to plan care and treatment through regular case conferences.
• Maintain and promote patient safety within the unit by early intervention and escalation of care.

Required profile

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
• Contemporary knowledge of best practice in acute, sub‑acute or rehabilitation nursing.
• Experience in a rehab or acute setting and a passion for high‑quality patient care.
• Strong collaborator and confident communicator with a compassionate style.
