About the role

Join Cleanaway as a Driver – Multi System Operator, operating rear loader vehicles to safely collect, transport and unload waste and materials. The role starts early at 3 am and offers a stable, full‑time position in Malaga, WA.

Key responsibilities

• Operate rear loader vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Load, transport and unload waste and materials.
• Deliver loads to recycling and disposal facilities.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety and presentation.
• Comply with all fatigue‑management rules, regulations and training.

Required profile

• Hold an unrestricted HR licence (minimum).
• Available for an early‑morning start (3 am).
• Physically fit and able to perform hands‑on tasks.
• Clean driving record and safety‑first mindset.
• Reliable, team‑oriented and customer‑focused attitude.
• Pass pre‑employment medical and drug screening.

Required skills

• Unrestricted HR licence.
• Forklift licence (bonus, not essential).
