Doorperson – Luxury Hotel, Sydney

About the role

Crown Sydney is looking for enthusiastic, service-driven people to join its team as Doorperson. Working at the hotel entrance, you help guests enjoy a seamless and memorable arrival at one of Sydney's most luxurious hotels. You coordinate driveway flow, support luggage and vehicle movements and work closely with the Bell Services and Valet team, especially during peak periods and promotions. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Key responsibilities

• Manage driveway traffic flow so arrivals and departures are safe, efficient and well organised
• Support the Bell Services and Valet team with guest arrivals, departures, luggage and vehicle coordination
• Deliver exceptional, discreet and professional service to all guests, including VIPs
• Multitask calmly and confidently during peak periods and high guest volume
• Maintain strong local and product knowledge to answer guest questions and give directions

Required profile

• Valid NSW driver's licence (minimum Green P / P2)
• Confidence driving and parking a range of vehicles, automatic and/or manual
• Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
• Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply; overseas licence holders must be willing to obtain an NSW licence
• Nice to have: high-end customer service experience in a hotel or fast-paced guest-facing environment, strong communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative attitude
