Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Urban Rest is seeking a mid‑level Digital Marketing Manager to lead its performance‑driven marketing initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the United Kingdom. You will own paid media, SEO and CRM programmes, bringing campaigns in‑house and shaping a global communications journey that drives direct bookings and e‑commerce conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid search and paid social strategies, managing budgets and optimisation across four regions.
• Administer the performance‑marketing budget, overseeing bidding, targeting and testing to maximise ROAS.
• Lead SEO and GEO content strategy to increase organic visibility and drive traffic.
• Integrate AI workflows and agents into existing systems to improve efficiency and commercial outcomes.
• Maintain consistent performance reporting, building dashboards and attribution models for paid, CRM and website channels.
• Support guest‑facing digital communications, including a digital check‑in solution.
• Assist in launching a B2B loyalty program and grow a database of small‑to‑medium enterprises.
• Ensure database hygiene, segmentation and growth of marketing lists.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with paid digital channels, CRM and digital communications.
• Proven track record meeting cost‑per‑sale targets across multiple campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate industry insights into actionable paid campaigns.
• Curiosity about AI trends and practical knowledge of AI implementation best practices.
