Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Novotel Sydney International Airport, a 271-room hotel with a restaurant, bar and conference rooms located near the airport, is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join its team. The role covers SEO, digital channel management, social media and content, campaign performance and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Digital strategy and SEO: develop and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility across accommodation, conferencing and the hotel's restaurant and bar.
• Digital channel optimisation: manage and optimise email marketing, website content, SEO, online distribution platforms and internal partner channels.
• Social media and content: grow the presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and X through engaging content, visuals and animations.
• Campaign performance and revenue growth: monitor and analyse campaigns, coordinate promotions and use insights to drive conversions and meet revenue targets.
• Relationships and partnerships: build relationships with internal teams, influencers, content creators and local business partners to create collaborations and expand reach.

Required profile

• Passionate about content creation and innovation, with a willingness to think outside the box.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
• Exceptional understanding of consumer behaviour.
• Ability to build positive relationships with partners and colleagues.
• Keen understanding of digital systems and processes.
