Design‑Focused Architect – Multi‑Residential & Seniors Living

About the role

Join a national practice with a boutique Melbourne studio that specialises in multi‑residential and seniors‑living projects. The role is aimed at an experienced graduate or registered architect who will support a team through the front‑end phases of design, from concept to documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support project teams from early design and feasibility studies through to detailed documentation.
• Assist with presentations, concept development and design reviews.
• Model and document projects using Revit to support day‑to‑day delivery.
• Create visualisations and renders in Revit, Enscape and Lumion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
• Contribute fresh ideas and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in architecture.
• 4‑5+ years post‑graduate local experience.
• Strong design sensibility and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with Enscape.
• Experience with Lumion.
