About the role
Join Tesla’s Customer Support Team as a Cadet Support Specialist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Based at the new Sydney headquarters, you will be the first point of contact for owners of Tesla’s innovative electric vehicles, helping them resolve issues and learn to use self‑service tools.
Key responsibilities
- Provide phone, web, and chat support to Tesla owners, delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and assess customer concerns, perform remote diagnostics, and coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.
- Guide customers on self‑servicing through Tesla’s website and scheduling platforms.
- Log all interactions accurately in the CRM/Vehicle Support System.
- Gain exposure to Sales, Service, and Delivery functions to broaden business understanding.
Required profile
- Completed high school or university studies and able to work full‑time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Passion for technology and Tesla’s mission of sustainable energy.
