Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Datacom as a Customer Service Representative and develop essential problem‑solving, communication, and service delivery skills. You will support valued clients across Australia while obtaining a Government Security Clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a busy contact centre.
• Provide accurate information and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain service quality standards and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail.
• Patience, empathy and excellent communication abilities.
• Team player who is reliable and punctual.
• Basic computer proficiency with a typing speed of at least 20 WPM.
• Australian citizenship to obtain security clearance.
• Availability for a rotating roster, Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑7:30 pm, averaging 37.5 hours per week.
