About the role
A professional organisation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the processing of professional licence renewals. The role involves reviewing applications, updating records, and communicating with applicants to ensure renewals are completed accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Review and enter data accurately into internal systems
- Monitor licence renewal applications and resolve issues
- Respond to enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare standard correspondence and documents
- Provide general administrative support
Required profile
- Previous customer service and administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and database systems
- Strong communication and organisational skills
