About the role
The Customer Fulfilment Centre Administrator works on the afternoon shift at the Distribution Centre, ensuring online orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time. This fast‑paced position supports both the e‑commerce function and the overall logistics flow.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and manage orders in the Blue Yonder system, meeting company standards.
- Coordinate with AUSPOST, STARTRACK and other couriers to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Transfer stock from the DC for online order fulfilment and resolve any stock discrepancies.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer service issues related to outstanding orders.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months experience in a warehouse or fulfilment environment.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and support a positive team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Blue Yonder order management system.
- Experience using warehouse management systems and computer‑based fulfilment tools.
