Creative Designer / Finished Artist

About the role

We are a locally founded, independent creative advertising agency seeking a Creative Designer / Finished Artist to turn concepts into polished, production‑ready artwork. Working closely with the Head of Craft, ECD and the wider team, you will ensure every piece meets brand standards and technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret design briefs across multiple brands and adapt concepts for retail, social, OOH, packaging, POS, presentations and digital assets.
• Resize and reformat campaign assets while maintaining consistency across channels.
• Prepare print‑ready, digital and large‑format files with meticulous attention to pre‑press requirements.
• Create mock‑ups, layouts and presentation visuals using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Retouch imagery and organise version‑controlled asset libraries.
• Manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced creative environment.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail, typography and layout.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while delivering high‑quality artwork.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a creative team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Broad experience using the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of print production, pre‑press and artwork setup.
