About the role
Join a global organisation in North Sydney as a Corporate Receptionist on a job‑share basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and visitors, shaping first impressions and supporting multiple business units.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients, guests and visitors, ensuring a professional front‑of‑house experience.
- Manage incoming calls, enquiries, messages and voicemail.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, coordinate couriers and handle deliveries.
- Take ownership of office facilities, liaise with building management and external technicians.
- Coordinate boardroom and meeting‑room bookings, setup and client parking.
- Support meetings by preparing refreshments and organising catering.
- Maintain presentation standards across reception, meeting rooms and kitchen areas.
- Order office supplies, groceries and staff amenities as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as weekly and monthly disbursements.
- Provide support to the People & Culture team, including First Aid Kit maintenance and staff initiatives.
- Support Directors with ad‑hoc tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a receptionist or in a similar front‑of‑house role.
- Professional, personable manner with a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
