Cook - Full-Time and Part-Time

About the role

Crown Sydney is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Cooks (full-time and part-time) to join its culinary teams across a range of venues, including premium outlets such as Epicurean, In-Room Dining, Nobu and the Pastry kitchens. The role centres on preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with venue standards and recipes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with venue standards and recipes.
• Support day-to-day kitchen operations across a variety of service styles and concepts.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive and professional team culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Passion for food, hospitality and continuous learning.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety knowledge are highly regarded.
