About the role
This position offers an early‑career researcher the chance to join a respected insights consultancy that benefits from a global communications and intelligence network. You will work on a variety of projects ranging from government behavioural communications to banking customer experience and retail segmentation.
Key responsibilities
- Support the full research lifecycle – from design and fieldwork to analysis, reporting and client communication.
- Design surveys, manage projects, analyse data and craft compelling stories for diverse clients.
- Collaborate with senior researchers and contribute to both social impact and commercial strategy projects.
Required profile
- 1–2+ years of experience in a strategic insights or research agency.
- Strong quantitative background with a curiosity to learn qualitative methods.
- Good understanding of the research flow: survey design, project management, data analysis, reporting and storytelling.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence presenting insights.
- Experience using Q or a similar statistical analysis tool.
- Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new techniques.
