Construction Site Manager

About the role

As a Construction Site Manager at Unispace in Brisbane, you will lead the delivery of high‑quality commercial interior office fit‑outs from start to finish. You will coordinate subcontractors, stakeholders and the Unispace team to ensure projects are completed on time, safely and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site activities, aligning subcontractors and teams with project scope, drawings and delivery strategy.
• Serve as the primary on‑site contact for clients, landlords, tenants and agents, maintaining transparent communication.
• Manage the construction programme, quality assurance (QA/QC) and punch‑list completion.
• Uphold strict health and safety standards, implement risk‑management plans and ensure building‑code compliance.
• Maintain site setup, cleanliness, accurate documentation and document control.
• Drive project close‑out and handover, meeting all Unispace standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record in site management for commercial interior office fit‑outs.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction sequencing, building codes and complex drawing/specification interpretation.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to influence, develop on‑site teams and solve problems under pressure.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering a premium finish.
