Commissions Policy Officer

About the role

The Commissions Policy Officer is responsible for reporting and reconciling all Incentive Commission payments across the business, ensuring alignment with policy and audit requirements. This part‑time position works 30.4 hours per week and supports the Finance leadership in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all commission submissions reference the relevant commission policy and employee package.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual calculations (actual and forecast) for Rental, Lift Truck and Service P&L.
• Record and maintain a database of all commission submissions and their payment outcomes.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly paperwork for approval by the General Manager Finance and Director Finance Asia Pacific.
• Conduct a full audit of every payment calculation before payroll submission.
• Advise on outstanding commissions to align with P&L management.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with Head Office and branches to align incentive plans with organisational, financial and sales goals.

Required profile

• High organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated adherence to repeated cross‑check processes.
• Good communication abilities.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or comparable industry experience.
