About the role

Solventum is seeking an experienced Health Information Manager to join its Health Information Systems division in Melbourne. The role will support the development of HIS products for the Australian health industry and contribute to the creation of computer‑assisted coding solutions.

Key responsibilities

Work as part of a team developing HIS products for the Australian health sector.
Travel interstate and intrastate as required to support project activities.

Required profile

Degree or equivalent in Health Information Management.
Significant recent experience with ICD‑10‑AM (including 12th Edition) and the AR‑DRG Grouper.
Strong understanding of documentation processes in electronic medical record systems.
Ability to design processes aligned with software functionality.
Strong communication skills and confidence delivering group presentations.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred).

Required skills

ICD‑10‑AM coding knowledge.
AR‑DRG Grouper expertise.
Microsoft 365 proficiency.
