Civil Supervisor – Infrastructure Project

About the role

Join a leading local civil construction company as a Civil Supervisor on a major infrastructure project in Darwin. You will oversee site operations, ensuring that complex concrete structures and associated civil works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the on‑site team and coordinate all activities to maximise production.
• Ensure tradesmen and subcontractors follow the schedule and meet quality standards.
• Enforce OHS policies, monitor safety culture, and address any hazards.
• Proactively resolve on‑site issues and keep the project on track.
• Report progress to management and prepare regular scheduling reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role on civil infrastructure projects in Australia.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and project drawings.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Strong communication, analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
