Scraper/Compactor Operator – DIDO Project

About the role

We are looking for experienced Scraper/Compactor Operators to join our team on a DIDO (Drive-In‑Drive-Out) project in the Wagga region of New South Wales. The role involves operating heavy equipment on construction sites while adhering to safety and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Operate scraper and compactor machinery safely and efficiently on site.
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.
• Follow all site induction, rail medical and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the crew to meet project timelines.
• Be prepared to work away from home for the duration of the assignment.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a scraper or compactor operator.
• Relevant RII/VOC tickets.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Willingness to complete a rail medical and site inductions.
• Construction Card.
• Willingness to work away from home.
• RIW Card (desirable) or willingness to obtain one.
