About the role
We are looking for experienced Scraper/Compactor Operators to join our team on a DIDO (Drive-In‑Drive-Out) project in the Wagga region of New South Wales. The role involves operating heavy equipment on construction sites while adhering to safety and project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Operate scraper and compactor machinery safely and efficiently on site.
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.
- Follow all site induction, rail medical and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the crew to meet project timelines.
- Be prepared to work away from home for the duration of the assignment.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a scraper or compactor operator.
- Relevant RII/VOC tickets.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Willingness to complete a rail medical and site inductions.
- Construction Card.
- Willingness to work away from home.
- RIW Card (desirable) or willingness to obtain one.
