Chief of Staff – Operations

About the role

Lyka is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Operations team to support the Head of Operations and COO in driving world‑class automation, efficiency and strategic execution across manufacturing and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Operations, Operations leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to shape and maintain the Operations roadmap.
• Collaborate with senior leaders (COO, VP of Strategy, Head of People & BizOps, etc.) to translate high‑level strategy into actionable plans and ensure alignment across the business.
• Coordinate with Lyka’s Chief of Staff to cascade company‑wide planning, governance and performance cycles into the Operations function.
• Drive prioritisation, calendar management and resource allocation for annual and quarterly planning, budgeting, audits and performance reviews.
• Support internal and external communications for Operations, providing context, updates and relevant information to the broader organisation.
• Lead special projects that improve operational efficiency, automation and cross‑departmental collaboration.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong organisational, communication and leadership capabilities.
• Proven experience supporting senior operational leaders in a fast‑growing, manufacturing or supply‑chain environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive alignment and influence stakeholders at all levels.
