About the role
Asina Services has opened in Melbourne and is building its founding Victorian team of Disability Support Practitioners (support workers), casual to start, across Greater Melbourne from the CBD out: the inner north and west, the bayside and south-east, the eastern suburbs and the outer growth areas. The work is person-centred NDIS support delivered in participants' homes and in the community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide NDIS support covering community access, daily living and personal care, transport, meal preparation and capacity building.
- Work with participants in their own homes and in the community.
- Hours are built around the participants, so tell the employer where you live and when you can work.
Required profile
- Casual position; hours arranged around the participant's needs.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Victoria).
- Victorian Working with Children Check.
- First Aid and CPR.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module, or willingness to obtain it.
What we offer
- SCHADS Level 2.1 casual pay of $45.28 per hour plus 12% superannuation, with higher pay points recognised for experience.
