About the role

Join Beacon Lighting’s Carlton store as a Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant. You’ll work in a vibrant retail environment, helping customers choose the right lighting solutions while building strong relationships with both retail and trade clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, expert customer service to retail and trade customers.
• Promote and grow the Trade Loyalty Program and manage trade accounts.
• Develop product knowledge to guide customers toward the best lighting choices.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
• Support teammates to meet overall store goals.
• Contribute to store presentation through merchandising and housekeeping.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Strong communication skills with a genuine ability to connect with customers.
• Energetic, enthusiastic approach to all tasks.
• Attention to detail.
