About the role

Join the Nespresso boutique team in Miranda as a Casual Boutique Coffee Specialist. This is a flexible, part‑time position where you will share your passion for coffee with customers and help create memorable experiences during key trading periods from Wednesday to Sunday.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, share product knowledge and promote coffee culture.
• Provide excellent service using POS systems and digital tools.
• Maintain boutique presentation, keep shelves stocked and uphold safety standards.
• Support teammates to deliver consistent, high‑quality customer experiences.
