About the role
Join Qantas' Sydney International Terminal team to provide seamless operational and administrative support for the cabin crew base. This 12‑month full‑time position ensures the crew environment runs efficiently, enabling staff to deliver the best possible service.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day operations for International Cabin Crew and leadership.
- Assist with crew onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
- Manage uniforms, access cards and other base logistics.
- Maintain base supplies, facilities and daily reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, communications, events and general administration for the leadership team.
- Provide minute‑taking and scheduling support for meetings and events.
Required profile
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in operations or customer‑service settings.
- Strong time‑management, prioritisation and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Self‑motivated with a sense of ownership and achievement orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Understanding of airport operations and ability to support frontline teams.
