Business Transformation Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Consultant to work remotely on a contract basis. You will provide expert insights to help train and evaluate AI models that simulate real‑world management consulting scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Apply management consulting methodologies, strategic analysis, and business transformation practices to AI training data.
• Review, assess, and refine complex business scenarios, documents, and case studies for accuracy and relevance.
• Deliver detailed written and verbal feedback to improve AI system outputs and reasoning capabilities.
• Collaborate with the client’s team remotely to support AI model training and evaluation.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Stay current on management consulting trends to provide impactful input.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a management consultant, preferably with a top‑tier consulting firm.
• Proven expertise in strategic projects, business process improvement, and organizational transformation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize complex problems and deliver practical, actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams in remote environments.

Required skills

What we offer

• Contract rate of $154 – $210 per hour.
• Flexible commitment of 10–40 hours per week.
