Business Development Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing global fintech that has deployed over $4.5 billion in growth capital and is expanding its Australian team. As a Business Development Representative you will help drive the company’s expansion across Australia and New Zealand while building a pipeline of eCommerce customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage exciting eCommerce and digital retail brands.
• Connect with prospective customers through calls, email and LinkedIn.
• Book meetings for the senior sales team.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging.
• Build relationships with founders and business leaders.
• Create a pipeline that directly contributes to company growth.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional looking to start a career in tech sales.
• Confident, curious and comfortable speaking with new people.
• Resilient, motivated and excited by achieving targets.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Interest in fintech, AI, startups, technology or eCommerce.
• Previous B2B sales experience is helpful but not essential.
