Business Consultant – Salon Network

About the role

As a Business Consultant you will act as the strategic partner for L’Oréal Professional Products Division’s salon network, covering L’Oréal Professionnel and Kérastase brands in Melbourne and surrounding regional areas. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive sales growth, support partners and deliver business results.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs by managing and expanding an established client base.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the salon market.
• Build strategic partnerships with salon owners, providing professional marketing support and promotional activities.
• Cover Melbourne Metro autonomously and travel to regional locations such as Ballarat, Horsham and Bendigo.
• Utilise the CRM system for accurate administration, reporting and territory management.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in hair‑care or FMCG, preferably with a Certificate III in hairdressing.
• Self‑starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities at senior levels.
• Results‑driven with a focus on achieving targets.
• Effective time‑management and willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
