About the role
Join Suncorp Bank’s Small Business Contact Centre in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD and help small‑business customers navigate their banking needs. As a Business Banking Consultant you will simplify complex financial queries and deliver a seamless experience across inbound and outbound interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from Business Banking customers, handling enquiries, account openings and related processes.
- Make follow‑up outbound calls to resolve pending issues and complete tasks.
- Provide exceptional, compliant customer service while meeting quality and performance targets.
- Manage complaints within defined timeframes and adhere to policy and procedures.
- Collaborate with other channels to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Required profile
- Previous banking customer service or sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in a contact‑centre or operational support environment.
- Strong problem‑solving, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and commit to continuous development.
- Comfort operating in a compliance‑driven setting.
Required skills
- High‑level computer literacy and navigation skills.
