Bus Driver (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Bus Driver to join Australian Christian College in Echuca on a permanent part‑time basis. The role involves safely transporting students on designated routes and supporting the school community.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school on designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Load and unload students at designated stops, ensuring their well‑being and maintaining order.
• Maintain a clean and tidy bus interior to provide a comfortable environment.
• Communicate any safety or property concerns to the Principal and support regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate transportation for staff and student excursions and camps.

Required profile

• Evidence of the right to work in Australia and proof of identity.
• Appropriate driver licence with a minimum MR licence.
• Current Working with Children Check clearance.
• References from previous child‑connected roles.
• Commitment to Christian values and ability to relate well to staff, students and parents.

• Valid MR driver licence.
• Working with Children Check.
