Brand Manager, Parasiticides (12-Month Contract)

About the role

Elanco, a global animal health company, is looking for a Brand Manager for its Parasiticides portfolio in Sydney. This is a 12-month contract within the marketing team, focused on delivering impactful campaigns and activation initiatives. The role brings brand plans to life through high-quality execution across relevant channels to drive brand awareness and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, retail and shopper marketing channels.
• Translate brand strategies into actionable campaign briefs and promotional assets with internal teams and external agencies.
• Manage allocated campaign budgets and timelines so activations are delivered on time and within brand guidelines.
• Support the delivery of annual brand plans, including seasonal initiatives and new product launches.
• Monitor campaign performance and competitor activity to find insights and opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in brand management, brand activation or campaign management, including managing creative agencies and budgets.
• Preferred: experience in the pet health or animal health industry, previous sales-related role, and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
