About the role
Join Nespresso’s boutique in Canberra as a Boutique Manager, leading a team to deliver exceptional coffee experiences. The role operates on a full‑time rotating roster (32‑44 hours per week) with late‑night trading shifts and alternate weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Motivate and inspire the team to exceed KPIs and drive business growth.
- Lead by example to ensure outstanding customer service every day.
- Coach and mentor the leadership team, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Introduce fresh ideas to enhance the boutique experience.
- Manage visual merchandising, inventory and stock levels with accountability.
