Bid Coordinator / Advisor – Sustainable Design Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator/Advisor to join our Sydney office and support the delivery of high‑impact sustainable design proposals across the ANZ region. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to craft compelling bids that showcase our expertise in environmental design and building services.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with pursuit leads to develop bid strategies, win themes and value propositions.
• Facilitate bid workshops and story‑boarding sessions to shape responses and key messages.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end preparation of EOIs, proposals and submissions, ensuring alignment with timelines.
• Gather and organise inputs from technical specialists, keeping contributors on track.
• Maintain and update standard proposal assets such as CVs, project sheets and organisational content.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance bid quality and efficiency.
• Support the wider team with administrative tasks and manage client procurement portals as needed.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sustainability and regenerative design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality outputs.
