Beverage & Food Supervisor (2930 & WETDeck)

About the role

W Hotels Sydney is looking for a Beverage & Food Supervisor for the 2930 and WETDeck areas. The role plays a significant part in supervising daily operations and the team, maintaining sanitation standards and supporting talent and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods, while continuously improving guest and staff satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership in guest hospitality through excellent customer service and a positive atmosphere.
• Identify training needs for brand standards so that consistent, quality, luxury service is delivered.
• Foster a positive, fun team culture and communicate clearly so everyone performs at their best.
• Help talent work together to anticipate and meet guests' needs.
• Complete scheduled inventories, stock and requisition supplies.
• Welcome guests according to hotel standards, assist people with disabilities and thank guests sincerely.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety and guest well-being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and visually inspect tools, equipment and machines for defects.
