Banking Consultant – Retail Banking (Casuarina, NT)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless branch experience for customers in Casuarina. You will address end‑to‑end banking needs, provide advice, and promote digital solutions while upholding ANZ’s customer promises.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and conduct needs‑based conversations.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and available financial products.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.
• Support bank programs and initiatives that drive customer engagement.
• Maintain compliance with ANZ policies, risk standards and branch procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with a retail‑service mindset.
• Ability to build relationships and act as an advocate for customers.
• Willingness to work rostered Saturday shifts as needed.
• Commitment to continuous learning and teamwork.
