Banking Consultant – Part‑time (20 hrs/week) – Caloundra

About the role

As a Banking Consultant you’ll play a key role in providing customers with a seamless banking experience, meeting each customer’s end‑to‑end financial needs, conducting needs‑based conversations and educating them on digital and other financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless branch experience by handling transactions, conducting needs‑based conversations and promoting digital solutions.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to ensure the best possible customer experience.
• Drive increased customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for customers.
• Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
• Maintain a strong ‘know your customer’ approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
• Experience using and promoting technology and digital channels.
• Ability to multi‑task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
• Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
