About the role
As a B2B Business Development Manager for the Out of Home channel, you will own the Perth territory and drive growth by bringing the premium Nespresso experience to offices, hotels, restaurants and other venues. This role blends strategic prospecting with relationship building to turn new opportunities into lasting partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and convert new B2B customers across the Perth market.
- Develop and execute territory plans that increase visibility, market share and revenue.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and contract signing.
- Maintain and grow existing warm accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, premium customer experiences.
Required profile
- Proven success in B2B sales or business development with a strong hunter mindset.
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Commercial acumen and ability to spot and convert opportunities.
- Confidence in building relationships and influencing decision‑makers.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment.
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s licence.
