Auditor / Senior Auditor – Perth

About the role

PKF Australia is seeking experienced auditors to join its Perth Audit & Assurance team. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients across mining, construction, not‑for‑profits and other sectors, gaining immediate exposure to a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct small, medium or large audits based on experience.
• Contribute to audit planning, risk assessment and in‑depth financial analysis.
• Prepare and present audit reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage deadlines, work‑in‑progress (WIP) and billing processes.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
• Develop and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
• Participate in new business opportunities and proposal development.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of accounting and auditing standards.
• Strong grasp of WIP and billing processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet KPI targets within budget.
• Effective communication of audit results to stakeholders.
• Proactive workload management and delegation to junior staff when appropriate.
