Associate Territory Manager - Orthopaedic Instruments

About the role

Stryker is looking for a driven Associate Territory Manager to join its Orthopaedic Instruments team on a 12-month contract. The role is field-based and offers a chance to start a career in MedTech sales, learning from experienced Territory Managers while building the sales and commercial capability needed to progress. You will work across the capital equipment, consumables and power tools portfolio, supporting product trials and helping win new business across a territory.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships across hospitals and healthcare networks in Melbourne CBD and Western Victoria
• Identify new opportunities and support product trials
• Work with clinical teams and senior decision-makers
• Support capital opportunities and grow consumable sales
• Work alongside experienced Territory Managers to open doors and win business
• Develop the skills and experience to step into a Territory Manager role

Required profile

• Sales or customer-facing experience
• Hungry, ambitious and ready to build a career
• Confident building relationships and asking great questions
• Commercially curious and proactive
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with different stakeholders
• Resilient, collaborative and excited by a challenge
