Area Manager – Retail (NSW)

About the role

Levi’s® is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead its NSW store portfolio. You will inspire Store Managers, drive commercial performance and ensure world‑class customer experiences across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach Store Managers to meet sales, profit, productivity and customer experience targets.
• Partner with the District Manager to develop and execute commercial strategies and growth initiatives.
• Conduct regular store visits and business reviews, using financial and operational insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build an inclusive, high‑performing team culture aligned with Levi’s values.
• Develop Store Manager capability through coaching, performance conversations and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Ensure operational excellence and consistent execution of company policies, compliance and customer experience standards.

Required profile

• Extensive multi‑site retail management experience, preferably in fashion or specialty retail.
• Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing Store Managers and retail leadership teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance data and drive actionable insights.
• Passion for creating a high‑performing, inclusive, customer‑focused culture.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
