Area Manager

About the role

Lead a multi‑disciplinary team of Allied Health professionals to deliver exceptional client care and quality return‑to‑work outcomes across a diverse range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise key business activities (customer, employee, operational, financial) to achieve targets.
• Develop and sustain positive customer relationships and ensure services meet legislative, SLA and Konekt standards.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets while growing the business.
• Grow and develop your team to optimise performance and engagement.

Required profile

• Experience in occupational/workplace rehabilitation or injury management with a strong customer focus.
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or related field.
• Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW.
• Practical knowledge of workers’ compensation legislation and case management.
