Architect CAD & Construction Documentation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Architect specialized in CAD and construction documentation to work remotely on a contract basis. You will translate project requirements into precise architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets based on project specifications.
• Develop comprehensive 2D/3D CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes.
• Prepare accurate Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts for manufacturing documentation.
• Produce and annotate multi‑sheet electrical schematics according to industry standards.
• Design and review PCB layouts, applying best practices for manufacturability and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions.
• Deliver complete documentation packages aligned with project milestones and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multi‑document sets.
• Advanced written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience working remotely with cross‑functional teams is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard 2D/3D CAD tools.
• PCB layout design expertise.
• Ability to generate and interpret GD&T callouts.
• Experience creating multi‑sheet electrical schematics.
• Floor‑plan and elevation drafting.
