APAC Procurement Administrator (15‑month Maternity Leave Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Procurement Administrator to join our APAC Procurement Team on a 15‑month maternity‑leave contract. Reporting to the General Manager Supply Chain and Procurement Asia Pacific, you will provide timely support to our branch network across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise directly with branches to gather and complete required procurement documentation.
• Track and manage all open procurement requests, reporting status and projected timelines weekly.
• Review vendor contracts to identify cost‑saving and value‑adding opportunities.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice queries and ensure purchase orders align with the most cost‑effective sources.
• Promote safe working practices by identifying hazards and using required personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• Highly motivated with excellent time‑management skills.
• Experience in logistics with knowledge of warehouse, receiving and shipping functions.
• Resourceful, able to work independently and communicate effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
