About the role
Canva’s Public Sector team is looking for an Account Executive focused on the not‑for‑profit sector. You will help nonprofit organisations design at scale by guiding them through Canva’s solutions and ensuring they achieve their communication goals.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: identify, target and secure new nonprofit customers.
- Drive growth within existing accounts by uncovering upsell and cross‑functional adoption opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and maximise Canva’s value for nonprofits.
- Build lasting relationships with nonprofit leaders and decision‑makers.
- Conduct discovery sessions and deliver tailored value propositions.
- Analyse usage data to spot expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams for seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
Required profile
- Sales‑driven with proven experience acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts, preferably in SaaS, technology or nonprofit environments.
- Consultative sales expertise with strong discovery skills to uncover customer pain points.
- Excellent communicator able to convey value and build trust with senior stakeholders.
