Account Executive

About the role

Deputy is looking for an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help businesses improve their workforce management. You will work closely with prospects to understand challenges, demonstrate Deputy’s platform, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo, negotiation and close.
• Run discovery calls using the MEDDPICC framework and deliver tailored product demos to key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate deal information, forecasting and activity tracking in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with SDRs to build pipeline and with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong communication, presentation and consultative selling skills.
• Resilient, target‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth tech environment.
