About the role
We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our Darwin team, delivering corporate and academic travel solutions for large market corporations. You will use your expertise in fares and complex itineraries to arrange air, car, hotel and ground transportation bookings via Sabre GDS.
Key responsibilities
- Assist corporate accounts with professional travel arrangements including air, car, hotel and ground transportation.
- Follow company procedures, account guidelines and service standards for ticketing, exchanges, Phase IVs and GDS productivity.
- Communicate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support team members and collaborate to service clients effectively.
- Deliver travel requests within designated service level agreements.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager in corporate or leisure travel.
- High attention to detail and strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and build strong relationships.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Sabre GDS (preferred).
