Delivery Services Officer – Level 1

About the role

As a Delivery Services Officer (Level 1) you will join DHL Supply Chain’s delivery team in the Winnellie area, providing reliable multi‑drop deliveries to customers across the Darwin metro region. The role focuses on safe, on‑time delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service and security.

Key responsibilities

• Complete multi‑drop deliveries and load/unload the delivery vehicle.
• Plan daily routes and adjust as needed to meet delivery windows.
• Provide face‑to‑face customer service, answering enquiries and ensuring secure delivery of items.
• Follow vehicle locking, inspection, and stringent security procedures.
• Record deliveries using handheld devices and computer systems.

Required profile

• Prior experience with multi‑drop deliveries.
• Current C Class licence capable of operating a manual vehicle.
• Demonstrated ability to plan routes and use handheld technology for accurate data entry.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive, "Can‑Do" attitude.
• Willingness to undergo a security clearance and provide a recent driving record.
