About the role
Join State Street's Transfer Agency team in Sydney, supporting large client bases with daily pricing, cash forecasting, and investor transaction processing while ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Validate and process applications, redemptions, switches, and transfers in line with service standards.
- Maintain dealer and adviser records for retail customers and perform unit holder maintenance.
- Respond promptly to queries from customers or unit holders.
- Conduct AML/KYC checks on new unit holders.
- Meet daily and monthly operational reporting deliverables for internal and external customers.
- Review and update customer procedures as needed.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of transaction and customer procedures, fund accounting concepts, and AML/KYC requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong time‑management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Quick learner comfortable handling multiple systems.
