About the role
You will support tradespeople across the site, keeping work areas organised and ensuring materials are where they are needed. The role involves assisting with fabrication, welding, mechanical tasks, handling tools and equipment, and setting up and packing down work sites.
Key responsibilities
- Assist boilermakers, fitters and riggers with daily tasks.
- Help with fabrication, welding and mechanical work as directed.
- Handle and maintain tools and equipment.
- Set up and pack down work sites, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
Required profile
- White Card (mandatory) and trade‑specific tickets are highly regarded.
- Willingness to learn and follow direction on the job.
- Strong safety‑first attitude.
- Experience on large infrastructure or industrial projects is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of fabrication, welding and mechanical tasks.
- Ability to handle tools and equipment safely.
