Technical Project Manager – EV Charging Projects

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of fleet electrification projects, guiding customers through planning, design, installation and operational handover of EV charging infrastructure and our Charge Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert input during planning and design, reviewing electrical distribution, communications, networking and control‑system requirements.
• Develop site concept designs, cost estimates and technical specifications for chargers, depot and grid upgrades.
• Lead tender evaluation, contractor design reviews, risk identification and technical assurance throughout EPC delivery.
• Manage the transition from installed infrastructure to the client’s CMS, including onboarding, configuration validation, end‑to‑end testing and operational handover.
• Coordinate customers, OEMs, installers and internal teams, track milestones, budgets and risks, and ensure timely invoicing and documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in electrical, electronic, control‑systems, telecommunications or related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in EPC projects for EV charging or energy sectors, including design, tendering, commissioning and documentation.
• Strong customer‑facing skills, able to advise, train and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the electrification lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing scopes and thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous technical environment.
